is there any actual difference in regular eggs to free range eggs?

i can see the argument for meat but eggs i dont really see any difference

Farm fresh yes, no difference in store bought though. Same with meat grass fed just means finished with grass


Always shop at a local farm for the freshest beef and veggies

Even when you butcher a cow, the processing place usually sends it back in a freezer trailer. Unless you butcher a cow yourself but normally to get it usda graded it needs to go to a butchering place
