just fuked up my low back doing barbell rows. Advice please

Have had prior injuries in the low back region. It felt good for the last while, was slowly loading up barbell rows, once i added 185 lbs i felt a sudden crack/snap sensation in the lumbar region.

It hurts to bend over or squat now. Its a sharp shooting pain. Still have full mobility otherwise. Hurts real fkn bad though
