Need workout motivation again boyos
I'm slipping boyos, thinking of the squats fills me with dread… A little video of myself as well:

Maybe its discipline I'm lacking, I'm not worried about losing gains cuz I'm still doing it enough, just results would be quicker if I did it as much as planned.
