How come ****** try to use regular names?

One of the places we do business with has nothing but ****** running their customer service. When you call them they always say their name is something strongly American, like Frank, Ray, Bill, Rachel, instead of Mr or Mrs. ******

We all know their name isn't fukin Frank so why try to pass that bullchit off on us......when will ****** learn.
