Each band member between the age of 18 and 65 will also receive their choice of an annual payment, for 16 years, of $1,500 or a one-time lump-sum payment of $20,000.

Elders — band members over the age of 65 — will have the option of receiving $1,500 per year for 20 years, or a one-time lump-sum payment of $25,000.
