I stopped using Air Conditioning in my house during the day. Big Improvement.

After like a week, I'm honestly used to it and not sweating at all anymore(even when it's 90+ outside). Another good thing is that it keeps me from sitting around doing nothing all day and if it's really uncomfortable it forces me to go to the gym to workout in the AC.

Being comfortable all the time isn't a good thing, and my life has improved quite a bit.
