How To Retire For Less Than $20k

I live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We have multimillion dollar residences along the water. Out of their window at certain inlets, there are boats that never move. People are living on them and pooping and peeing in the water. Here's one you could live on for $19,500.

Doesn't even matter if the engine breaks down because the boat will just sit. Only glaring issue is what to do when the hurricane hits if you have a broken engine.
