I was working at the office today, and it was the 1st so everybody came in to pay rent. I usually don't work the office, so I have no relationships with any of the tenants.

Most people just say hello and drop their check and leave, but there also were a handful (mostly females between age 20-24) who stuck around and chatted for a while. There were probably 4 girls who came in today where after chatting for 3-4 minutes, I thought to myself "I could easily fuk this girl with fairly minimal effort" because she was clearly showing moderate signs of interest and vulnerability.

Now obviously this is a huge conflict of interest, and rife with potential issues. However, if you can toe the line of not doing anything to piss them off or make them catch feelings, it could be a very easy way to have a steady flow of early 20s sex on demand.

Have any of the landlords here ever fuked a tenant? I'm curious to know if this is a thing that can actually work out.
