I finally hit a certain level of leanness for the Summer, combined with a decent tan. Noticed today that I'm getting all types of eye contact combined with smiles from girls in their 20s. Like at the gym I'll randomly be looking at some wall 50 yards away and all of a sudden some girl will lock eyes with me and smile.

Great motivation to keep on pushing. But if you're not getting this type of treatment from females,it means you're not fit enough and need to keep going harder.
