Anybody experienced this at corporate jobs?

The director (CEO isn't in Aus) and HR manager fired a bunch of people during a restructure, and then they got fired afterwards. LMFAO, just LMFAO.

I got fired for breaking national records over 250 locations because they didn’t want to pay me 30,000$ continued by a ton every month after by some 5 foot Manlet that came from fast food and first time in charge of peoples operations in a big chain gym.

HR and all those people are a complete utter joke that ruin every day jobs. Their mission is to make everyone replaceable and keep things stable by burn and turn so everybody is equally bad

The Regional Director was a crazy feminist lady - she once stared me out and made a rage face at me when I was presenting. Then she done the same thing to some director beneath her who had been with the company for 20 years.

I was always hassled at this one job because I couldnt produce the same numbers as Dave even though I usually was assigned the same locations after Dave left.

There was an incentive bonus for hitting certain levels of sales and everyone knew dave was gaming the system. Except the bosses apparently.

dave was making some good money with bonuses so I figured it wasnt my place to rat him out, Let then figure it out on their own as i didnt really like the job anyway so didnt care.

Eventually they had had enough so they fired me.

During my exit interview i was thinking of letting them know but figured screw them, if they cant figure it out why help them. They all got a cut of the bonuses as well so i figured they were looking the other way intentionally.

Couple months later i heard the whole management team got fired because of the whole dave thing. felt good.
