outside the WALL of the LUXURY TownHOME Estate there is a house in the neighborhood which PROUDLY FLIES the AMERICAN FLAG. The owner and his wife are a young Eastern Euro couple. He is also smiling, neighborly, and very industrious, always out doing some kind of yard/home renovation/improvement. House/yard is nice but he's always engaged in some kind of project as he seems to enjoy that kind of activity and just seems thoroughly happy to enjoy his American Dream
