How do thin people not have an appetite???
I just don't get it. Food gives an intense high. I have food cravings allllllll day. I could eat 6k calories everyday easily yet there are people who struggle to gain weight
How is this? It's not like you need to eat crap to get calories. Even eggs and meat are incredibly enjoyable
Do thin people not have that dopamine reward system in their head? The more I eat, the more I want to eat. I'm never satisfied

Its OK to feel a little hunger.
Thin people do not eat every 15 minutes because they feel a "hunger" sensation in their stomach…
You know you can ignore that small feeling, and nto shove processed GARBAGE down your gullet….

Self control, stomach shrinks over time if you don't gorge on garbage.
But you're a red ph@ggit and know nothing about self discipline.

Knew a girl who ate like dog **** but always stayed very slim. Literally all she ate was Chocolate, Cheese and French fries. almost border lining anorexic and it's not like she worked out… but she had an incredible sit of buns especially for someone so slender

It's genetic. I'm always hungry. My wife is never hungry. She will forget to eat all day.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

My best friend can eat an entire pizza. When he has a bad week, he'll lose 5 lbs in a week because he basically eats nothing all day because he's stressed

Natural variance in hunger hormone/brain chemicals I guess. There's always two ends of a spectrum.

It's called delayed gratification.
Skinny people get distracted by other things while hungry. Fat people can only focus on food when they're hungry. Both love to eat, but one makes it a priority.

Lot of chit answers ITT.
Here, I'll answer it for you OP, as a fellow lover of food.
Some people literally just don't care about food. They don't get that some dopamine hit. I love food so I don't really understand it all, but there's some science behind it all I'm sure.
You know those people who eat plain cereal every day for years and never get tired, and eat a ham sandwich with no condiments, just Oscar Meyer and an american slice, and PLAIN Lays potato chips everyday for lunch for 20+ years. The type of person who cannot handle any flavor or any heat or any spice.
Same kind of person. They just don't like eating and would be content eating bland slop everyday for the rest of their lives.

People tell me it's weird when I say "If there's a pill that makes me full, I'd rather take that." It's such a nuisance to eat in general. It's even worse when I'm tired or stressed because that completely kills my appetite. I force myself to eat an unhealthy amount in one sitting just so I can retain my weight.

Former fatty here who used to be addicted to junk food, and now find it disgusting.
I will try to explain this the best I can
When I was over 230 lbs, I was lazy, depressed, had poor sleeping patterns, always tired, demotivated, low self esteem. Everything in life was chit. I had naturally low dopamine levels, so junk food was my only escape.
One day I said to myself enough is ****ing enough, so I uninstalled uber eats, cut alcohol, thew all my potato chips and chocolate away, and started walking to the gym. I went to the gym at 5am because i was so ashamed of how i looked i wanted the gym to be empty as I always felt people were judging me or laughing at me.
As I improved physically and mentally, I guess my dopamine levels increased, my stomach and appetite reduced, I had more mental clarity, became more motivated and eventually exercise became my new dopamine hit.
Effectively, i turned my junk food addiction into a gym addiction. First few weeks or months are brutally hard, but after that it becomes easy. I literally never crave junk foo. I even went to a friend's son's birthday party and ate a banana and some steak rather than booze and spring rolls and chips.
Obese people tend to have lower dopamine levels, which is why they find it difficult to get to the gym, but once the fat melts off slowly, it becomes easier and easier to resist junk and work out on a daily basis

There might be a small number of thin people who use discipline and self control. But most thin people never go hungry and never have to apply any willpower or self control. I was <10% body fat for several years and I never felt hungry in that time.

I do crave chocolate every now and then but otherwise I do not really crave food very often. I could go without food for a long time. For a while I fasted one day a week and I did not find it very difficult. I suppose my body does not give me the same sense of reward as it does for other people.
