Which Superman is worth watching (includes Smallville)

Smallville was a good show. Yeah it's repetitive and new meteor freaks every episode but it's 00's time travel device that takes you to the good old days of 2000's, with original sountracks, etc.
Original movies were also good. most recent movies were also decent..
What about Lois & Clark (Dean Cain, Terri Hatcher), is it worth the watch?
