Easily natty. Surprised it took him 14 months to get to that level. Brown rice, chicken, and broccoli. Take a multi and train like Mike Israetel tells you to. That should be easily attainable for a hard gainer in about six months.

Not natty. Highly vascular, red-ish skin colour (high blood pressure) and he looks like hes aged 10 years. The give away is in the traps/delts.

Not a chance. Shoulders and traps are the typical celltech giveaway. Combined with getting extremely vascular while gaining huge amount of muscle in the same period, the face and beard changes, and the fact he looks completely unathletic in the before photo. Think about how long it takes a noob to become proficient at bodybuilding.. this guy supposedly transformed completely in less than that time.
