Over a year ago I started buying freshly roasted coffee online that's roasted just before shipping to you, I had been wanting to try fresh roasted coffee for years and I've been hooked, it's completely incomparable to anything you can find in a grocery store.

I also tried different brewing methods and by far my favorite is the Chemex coffee maker I got several months ago which is basically just an hourglass shaped glass pitcher, the shape allows it to hold a paper filter in the top half and the coffee drips into the bottom half. The filters made for it are also much thicker than regular coffee filters and these filters made the already great tasting coffee taste even better by filtering out even the finest sediments.

Anyone else use a Chemex? I also have a $1000 100% automatic espresso machine that can grind, tamp and brew the coffee at the press of a button but I got used to drip coffee now and don't make espresso daily like I used to.
