I got no problem with that tbh. If it was like 10 ones or instead of quarters it was a bunch of dimes, that would piss me off.
If a tip is expected, like a car wash or restaurant check I actually think it’s ruder to leave the 2 fives. That’s like saying “here leave me at least 5” instead of giving me the option of smaller bills
