Elementary School Teacher busted for making out with a 5th grader

Asks the judge if she can start hanging out with kids again (she's just feeling horny, that's all)

Madison Bergmann, the Wisconsin teacher busted for allegedly “making out” with an 11-year-old in her classroom, is asking a judge if it’s OK to be around kids again.

An attorney for the 24-year-old former teacher — who blew up her impending wedding when she was charged with first-degree child sexual assault on May 2 — filed the request to clarify the conditions of her bond.

Currently, she’s barred from being in any place where children are present. In a motion filed in late July, her attorney said she wants to know whether she can visit restaurants and shop at stores where there could be children.

“It’s been a weird summer,” says Bergmann’s former colleague. “We’re all answering parents’ questions. When it comes to kids, everyone is so protective, and rightly so. But when two fifth-grade teachers get fired as part of a sex scandal, you have idea how crazy things can get.”

According to the criminal complaint, Bergmann’s alleged abuse of the 11-year-old boy came to light when the student’s mother overheard her son talking to the teacher on the phone. Suspicious, the parents checked the boy’s phone and allegedly found salacious texts between the pair.

The deranged text chain allegedly included messages from Bergmann allegedly discussing multiple encounters inside the classroom during lunch or after school. She allegedly told the child how much she enjoyed him touching her and “making out.”

After Bergmann was arrested, she was released on a $25,000 signature bond. She is living in seclusion on her grandparents’ farm, family sources said.
damn what a lucky 10 or 11 year old. At that age you need all the experience you can get in learning how to make out and hit all sorts of G-spots. The teacher was really doing him a favor – she shouldn't get jail time. It's different for boys, even if he's 10 or 11.

It’s definitely different for guys but 11 is a bit too young

I think it would have been weird for me to make out w my teacher in 5th grade

I used to share this same opinion, but later came to understand that there are psychological consequences to any abuse committed by an adult onto a child. Look at how miserable the kid Mary Kay Letourneau molested became. I saw an interview where he talks about his alcohol issues and depression. Guy was a 13-year-old father. Messed up his whole life. Understand, not everything is about pussy, partner.

that's right…there's basically nothing (that i can think of) women can do that they can't be bailed out of simply by being a woman. this woman could've went after every kid in school and still had thousands of men lined up willing to let her be a stay at home wife.

As if its not f ed up enough think about this.

There has never been a woman who had a relationship who didnt tell her friends and mom and sisters and stuff about it. They never just keep it a secret and never tell anyone.

So knowing this, you know her friends are most likely also teachers and knew about this and said nothing.

If they somehow didnt know, it would be a miracle.

So while normal people would see a bunch of little kids doing whatever it is they do and think nothing of it. these teachers are thinking lustful devious thoughts about them. not only that but acting on those thoughts as well. Telling their friends and their friends do and say nothing about it.
