a new Zelda is coming and it doesn't look good

why is every other Nintendo game now just a remake or some lazy 2D game? they remade Links awakening with that same engine, it looked crap, and now they're just churning out another chit game with it. chit like this is why we have to wait a decade for every major Zelda release now, which aren't even that good. tears of the kingdom was just a breath of the wild remake with some stupid building gimmick that sucked. what is this now, lego Zelda??

nintendo's not even trying anymore, at least they made good games when I was a kid (ocarina of time, majora's mask, super Mario 64)

The original NES ZELDA was a top down 2D side scroller, that’s quintessential Zelda and the fandom is always clamoring about bringing back traditional dungeons and were super disappointed with that aspect lacking in Tears of the Kingdom. I just started using my 3DS again and played through A Link Between Worlds and it’s was a very fun experience with an interesting take on the items system and overworld exploration. A 2D Zelda isn’t “Lazy” but I wish developers would up the difficulty a bit I find modern video games to be far too easy.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

2D games are WAY, WAY better than 3d games. I'll play a side scrolling snes game over any of the bullchit made today.

no that's called being lazy and just recycling old chit. they're reusing graphics from link's awakening, just like they reused everything from breath of the wild in tears of the kingdom. Nintendo's getting lazy, and I'm calling them out.

You’re probably one of the people that passed on windwaker because the art style was “kiddy graphics”. Missed one of the greatest games of all time doing that.

Zelda, most Mario games, and donkey Kong are harder and more challenging than any your average m-rated games. So let’s stop trying to act like hipsters by calling it a kids game.
