Why would HIV be a fraud though? HIV isn't invisible, it can be viewed and studied under electron microscopes as can the effects it has on lymphocytes. You can't just fraud virus like corona or HIV, since there are so many independent labs that can test for it.

Now, whether HIV and coronavirus-19 are genetically engineering to fulfill an agenda as part of some grand machiavellian scheme to rule the world - that's a different topic altogether.

This doesn't make sense to me really - i have no reason to believe that viruses are not real. The reason is that this can easily be investigated by independent research teams and proven right or wrong.

Viruses and exosomes might be similar in appearance and structure, but so is ATP-synthase in Eukaryotic cell's (i.e., Myocytes) mitochondria and a bacterial flagellum motor.

Real conspiracies would be that the government agencies are conducting hybridization (creating chimeras) and genetic engineering...

Besides, anal sex is dirty, why wouldn't they pass diseases one to another?

Yeah it targets specific cells of the immune system called t-helper cell which are characterized based on their high expression of the CD4 gene/receptor. I have seen some doctors/researchers question that. What they say is there are two main groups that make up AIDS patients in the west, gay men and drug users. For addicted drug users it can take a similar amount of time for the recreational drugs they regularly use to cause health issues.
