I figure everytime I have mcdonalds I can have some of these superfood powders to cancel out the negative effects of the mcdonalds.

That's not how that works. Plus beets have a shyt load of sugar. Have you tried the PSMF diet?

Do it. It will get you shredded in record time, if you can handle it.

I thought the 2 packs of cigarettes a day + aggressive Hepatitus C would have made you thin by now but nope.

2 months in…. less than 10 lbs lost. Now you're adding in beet root and sweet potatoe powder LOL

Strength will suffer. But your stomach will shrink so you won't want to eat as much, it will make subsequent dieting easier. Do it for a week, see how it goes.

Maybe I could incorporate it for a week every 4 weeks. I want to wait until the 21st when I do my second month weigh in before I decide what further to do.

Unaware… I ordered the cheapest ones available, they did have things like blueberry but it was brutally expensive.

This.

OP I also think you should do a creatine monohydrate load. 25 grams per day for 10 days. With extra sugar cool-aid for absorption.

Throw in a few Miller Genuine Drafts post-workout to loosen up.

You'll lose weight quick.
