Wrong. You could always eat a little more and slow the rate down. When cutting weight, that’s when you want to really push. To retain muscle.

Can’t speak to your goals, but in general, I think this is a poor mindset to have.

I’d be in a coma after that. No chance id be lifting. Greasy stuff? 1200 calories? No chance.

The thread was intended to show a GOAT meal of bacon, eggs, and fried potatoes, most people love this meal.

I'm losing 2 lbs a week and my strength is staying roughly the same so what I'm doing is working, if it ain't broke I'm not going to try to fix it.

At the end of it all simply eat less to lose weight while ingesting "enough" nutrients like protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals.

I ate this meal 3 hours before my lifting session, sure, someone not used to eating 1200 calories in one sitting would probably feel like shyt after eating it, I have been doing just fine. And in before "you're fat because your meals are too big", lol…
