Any watermelon enjoyers?

I just enjoyed a dish of super cold and tasty watermillion. It was sooo goood right down from Heaven.

Should have taken a pic but it looked something like this but with a lot of ice around it, freshly sliced:

Just found out two weeks ago that there are yellow watermelons. They're sweeter than regular watermelons.

It's one of those things I usually don't even think about or go out of my way to get. But whenever the wife brings one home after grocery shopping, I'll devour at least half that chit in an hour or two.

I always go out of my way to get watermelon. The health benefits are nuts, although watermelon is not officially labelled as a "super-food" I deem it as such. It is so good for the skin, tastes great, low calorie (so if you are cutting you can slam a ton, feel full field and stay on the cut) and so much more.

I am now incorporating both watermelon and berries daily into my diet.

Not sure about the use for cutting tho. Did any of you fgts ever track your calories? Watermelon has a chit load of calories.
