Question for mods.
Is it within the rules to tell a nonexistent user to rope?
The username StrongLifter1488 doesn't exist for example.
Would it be within the rules to make a thread saying "StrongLifter1488 should rope."?

A better question would be "Has StrongLifter1488 heard Ron's message?"
Everything I post is satire.
