That's the kind of thing that r/hapas talks about, Asian women who hate their own race, and even date racist white men...
Lots of self hate among Indians and Asians. Think most of it comes from the East/West culture clash. Especially for young men who come to the US and are placed live in predominantly white areas and away from a like minded community. Indian and Asian immigrants tend to cluster in suburbs so if they don't have at least that network, they get frustrated that they can't fit in.

Not sure where that girl's ire for Asian men stems from.

The reality is the two are not related. Most people don't have an issue with non-white people in movies. Also, at any given time children/idiots are going to be spamming racism on the internet to be edgy. The only reason it happened to her was because of the spotlight, period.

as mentioned in my previous post, Kelly Marie Tran is far from the only person getting harassed online. Its everyone and quite frankly conervatives and whites get the most of it

in fact the anti-white and anti-men aspect of all this gets endorsed by major news publications like the NYT, CNN, ect as well as Hollywood and even fuking major democrat politicians.

Cry me a river ove some anon twitter trolls. i dont give a fuk about anyones race card as long as blatant anti-white racism and anti-male sexism is easily the most prominent form. Its at the point where its socially acceptable in public and amongst prominent figures. it actually gets you jobs.

Trump, Shapiro, Peterson, and Molyneux are (I believe) purposefully provocative and engage in hyperbole. I strongly suspect that they thrive of confrontation.

Peterson, Shapiro, and Molyneux engage in public debates, they welcome them. That's a very different temperament and personality.

Their professions are based in politics, not acting in a Disney film. Very different context IMO.

I don't know what you are basing that second part on. Go on any gaming platform (maybe they've cleaned it up since I was last on their) and it's anti non-white racial slurs galore, Jews are also a favourite whipping boy.

What I've seen is that the Alt-Right tends to make collages of anti-white statements, whilst not doing the same for the sheer volume of anti-Semitic and anti non-white statements that can be found... Even on their own forums.

Also, they complain about it, all the time. Every alt right pundit and forum spends a large part of it's time, complaining about anti-white or anti-western sentiments or statements in media/social media.

Even Ben Shapiro complains about antisemitism.

ok so sexism, racism, antisemitism, ect is acceptable if the person isnt beta as phuck enough to let it make them quit twitter.

point is that more people should be like those guys and actually have the ability to think critically and be open to debate. Tran could have stood strong and made a public statement agains those people, instead she ghosted everyone. I actually wouldnt put it past her or disney to have orchestrated this as a way of releiving some heat from the backlash people had over their SJW politics movies

I'm not dismissing that part - it sucks but I really do think 90% of the stupid **** online is children thinking its hilarious to say naughty stuff. At this point in my life, I don't really even consider most of the posts to be made by people who actually hate a certain race. Twitch certainly doesn't allow racism, but spend 10 minutes watching a popular streams chat and you'll get a heavy dose of it.

LOL at all these liberals coming ITT and openly saying "racism hurts this" or "racism hurts that." Right. Because racism is the root of all evil, right?

I'm not white, at all. Far from it. I grew up and dealt with racism on different levels, from openly being called different racial slurs from different ethnic groups in middle school and high school (from whites, as well as blacks and latinos), to straight up open discrimination at one of my old jobs by the store manager, who fired my ass when I brought it to his attention.

The easiest thing I could've ever done is do what all the weak people do and buy into this "racism is responsible for why my life is a certain way" bullchit. Seriously, in my own experience, all racism does is hurt your feelings--and that's if you let it. That's literally it. Sure, I lost one job due to racism, but guess what? I went and got a better one after. No big deal. And I'm not saying racism is a non-issue because it is an issue that should be discussed, but what I'm saying is you fukking libs always make it a bigger deal than it really is and are giving people a fukking excuse to sit on their ass and be unproductive.

That being said, when I did see Star Wars, I hated Rose's character because she was fukking annoying and her acting sucked. Had nothing to do with her being Asian.

Also agree she didn't deserve to get harassed, but the role still sucked and it had nothing to do with gender or race.

1) A lot of people didn't like her, because of her role in star wars which likely had nothing to do with her race.
