If you have problems with dairy products then just get a lactase supplement. Lactase is the enzyme your body needs to break down lactose.

I thought it was common knowledge that milk is bad for adults. animals stop drinking it after infancy, so it's not like we are any different (humans ARE animals).
then again, I enjoy a cold glass every now and then cuz it keeps me cooler than water on burning summer days. and it works wonders when you drink it after eating spicy peppers

Every human has lactose intolerance to a degree. Could be wrong but I saw that somewhere. So that makes me think maybe we shouldn't be drinking it. But then others will say you develop the intolerance when you cut it out of your diet.
Same with peanuts. It's the most allergic food there is. Makes me think even if you don't have a problem with them is it really a good thing to be consuming?

The only people that im aware of that have the genes necessary to produce the lactase enzyme into adult hood are people of northern european decent. The rest of the 6 billion people on the planet do not have this gene and aren't meant to digest cow milk. Goat milk doesn't have lactose and therefore fine to drink. It's also interesting to note that milk protein is strongly linked to cancer.

Most people that are lactose intolerant don't realize it. Since in childhood you have the enzyme necessary to digest lactose most people think that as they get older the chitz they randomly get are coming from some other thing in the meal(s) they had. Have a few people drink 5-6 glasses of milk and see which ones go running to the bathroom after a couple hours.
I know plenty of dudes that laugh about a good meal that produces a good nasty chit. That's people for ya... they think nasty soft liquid chitz are a good thing...

Humans are the only animals to drink another's milk. Brb moms feeding their baby formula and cow milk vs natural breast milk.

If you're lucky to be northern european you are also from an evolutionary standpoint the most evolved of the human species. As you move out of europe into the middle east and africa the genetic markers get older and older.

I know people that take a daily diarrhea and think it is completely normal.

The truth is that if you drank breast milk as an adult you'd be a sick freak.
Drinking milk from an entirely different species is beyond ****ed up.

not too mention its very high cal per serving, and the majority of american adults consume alot more calories than needed as is. As a baby high cal is needed as baby food is not as high in cals and the body is growing.
