Can OHP bodyweight for 3 reps (70kg)

Good for you, for some reason, I never liked the cable feel for delts. Dumbells work like a charm for me

After all my presses, I do standing laterals with 40s for 4 sets of 10-12. Leading with the elbows, thumbs down.

Then I go to the preacher bench and lean on the pad (ribs on pad, Armpit on the top of pad) and do one arm raises with a 25. Elbow leads the movement. This one is a killer.

Form and volume > weight for shoulders. Always keep the reps high

Edit: pic for reference, tried taking some back shots but failed however shows some of the mass on my delts. Too awkward to flex lats and take a pic at the same time need gf go do it

Nice delts.

Standing DB Lateral raise;
Light/moderate weight, slight elbow bend and reps 12-15/20. Lifting from the elbows not the hands.
Lying Cable Lateral Raise;
5-10 pounds for 10-12 reps
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Lateral raises, lmfao.

I do a real lift called The Press. I do 4 sets of 6 with 55kg, twice a week. It is the last exercise I do so am already fatigued from squatting and benching.
Starting weight 130lbs
Current stats: 6"2, 210lbs.

The 8th and final rule: If this is your first night at Gym Club....... you have to squat.
