It was an estimation. But if you want to retire at 35 $10M is probably pretty close. Else you have to MAKE MONEY, to answer Op's quesiton.

Withdrawal from your portfolio in the most tax efficient manner you can.

No, it isn't "pretty close". I've shown you data which you are stubbornly ignoring. It isn't pretty close unless your annual expenses are $300k+.
