Brothers, you need to hop on keto, brothers.
Become a keto brother and you can eat whatever you want. I’ve been on the ketogenic diet for about 2 years now and eat whatever I want and don’t gain weight and stay skinny.

thanks for sharing brah. looks like very low carb

i thought keto was mostly fat? like 80%+ of the diet

as too much protonz gets converted into glucose and pushes you out of ketosis?

that is why you see those sloots online eating a ton of butter

Lol.

Yeah it seems like the ones who have no business giving advice are the first in line to give it, such is the misc.

Bonobo gives me a loose plan, claiming that walking burns 500 calories an hour, and says in six months I will be close to my dream physique, why doesn't he take his own advice?

500 cals walking in an hour sounds on the high side unless it's up hill the whole way, and jacked up on caffeine, and maybe wearing a 20lb weighted vest. and being a bloatlord helps i think

for a normal person/leanmaxxer, walking is more likely 280-400. depending on speed/terrain

It gets you close and with other activities throughout the day through NEAT, non exercise activity thermogenisis, he only needs another ninety calories or so which he should get just walking around the house. My numbers are right.

for that speed sure.. but our boyo JV aint walking 3.5mph/5.6kmph @ 240

AINT NO WAY brah, our boyo is not even hitting those speeds once, let alone maintaining them for an hour

i'd be generous to say 3mph is his top speed (20 minute mile), what is the math on those cals per hour?

JV can test this next time he is out and about

Walking three and a half miles per hour is not hard even for and out of shape John. There are mall walking grandmas who walk at three and a half miles an hour.

good to see you are rooting for/defending your boyo JV, but i am not convinced he can walk that fast (yet) - just being realistic. maybe once he sheds down to ~170

we are talking right now, that is 70lbs extra chub to move which slows you down. for an hour straight. aint no way.

but he can test it if he goes out with his phone and downloads a walking app. it'll say his distance etc/pace

So by his own admission he can do it but it's hard. But let's not get stuck on that. My main advice still stands - reasonable calorie deficit and walking for an hour a day is the most sustainable thing he can do for long term weight loss.

3mph is a good starting point brah. that is 4.8kmph. respectable

i would look on youtube for walking techniques, if you can land on your toes and roll off of them too without putting the whole foot down you can squeeze out some extra speed. depends on the footwear though

even doing HIIT walking, so 3.5mph for short bursts, and back to 3mph will get you burning more cals. doing that for over an hour will get you sweating (might need to up your shower game thou)
