Just because you can get me to fall behind if we go and run randomly proves nothing. That's the equivalent of me saying let's go bench weight and I bet you fall behind how much weight I can lift

So let me ask you again.... when have you ever NEEDED to run as an adult where it has some value?

Soldiers don't run long distances except for cardio training. No one is running 10 miles at all with a standard battle load out. That's a good way to end up disabled.

Well I already mentioned there's more utility in making one trip from the car carrying groceries that's already one more real life example of it being useful that we all do every single week. I still haven't heard you give me one example of cardios usefulness other than if we intentionally go for a run together I would fall behind (lmao strong usefulness)

Bro I'm almost 40 and I've never once almost been in an altercation and never once seen anything come close to hitting the fan. In other words, cardio is the equivalent of babaygawick always preparing for something that never comes.

I'll keep making one trip from the car with my groceries every week though while you make 2 or 3.
