If you're poor and carless I guess you got me. I have a job and transportation though. I don't need to run anywhere. Completely useless as fuck skill. Just because you can get me to fall behind if we go and run randomly proves nothing. That's the equivalent of me saying let's go bench weight and I bet you fall behind how much weight I can lift
So let me ask you again.... when have you ever NEEDED to run as an adult where it has some value?

Bro I'm almost 40 and I've never once almost been in an altercation and never once seen anything come close to hitting the fan. In other words, cardio is the equivalent of babaygawick always preparing for something that never comes.
I'll keep making one trip from the car with my groceries every week though while you make 2 or 3.
