Fuaark hate when **** happens to kids.. probably cause mine is the same age.. Can't imagine being the father struggling to save his son..
A friend was telling me yesterday he was holding a small croc and he was suprised how strong it actually was.. and he was struggling to control it..
Fully grown alligator with a meal in its sights is probably no joke.. feel bad for the Dad man.. being helpless

If parents had put their child to bed at 7pm like you're supposed to with a 2 year old it wouldn't have happened. Chit parents.

If a mountain lion sneaks into your house while you're asleep and takes the baby out of his crib are you also going to blame the parents? Oh well even than you have more reasons to blame the parents since the parents would have forgot to close a window or a door. In this case they were just at a non-animal resort and an alligator snaps out of the dark and runs of with the baby.Obviously not watching their 2 yr old kid.

The misc has become a cesspool.
Obviously the parents made a mistake. No one needs you basement dwellers to point that out and criticize their parenting skills.

Florida brah checking in.... I travel to Orlando often for work and have stayed at that exact resort a handful of times as a result.... Here is why I DONT think the parents are to blame:
There is a pool area in the middle of the resort, tiki bar etc.... They have a childrens play area and lots of kids running around. Next to this pool area is a man made pond/lake/river thing. Im guessing that is where this happened. It wouldnt be a stretch for a curious kid to go to that lake area. I would never expect a gator to be there and I live here. Its man made, has fountains and is clean and on the inside of a resort... Not usual gator territory.
Plus the report says the dad tried to wrestle the kid away from the gator unsuccessfully. He was probably checking out the lake with his kid and the kid got hit... Gators are quick when they eat so he couldnt have been too far if he was able to wrestle with the gator.
Edit: Just watched the video.. The kid was actually in the water not just on the beach area.... bad situation people ignorant to local wildlife, Resort with fukin beach sand and chairs on a gator infested lake.... Not a good combo

It was movie night on the beach connected to the grand Floridian hotel, the 2 year old boy was getting restless and bored so the dad took him for a little walk. He was in about 3 inches of water when the gator grabbed him. The father tried, unsuccessfully, to wrestle him away before the boy was dragged into the lake.

I reckon the Alligators just seen the jungle book and fancied having a go at raising a human boy
Sloots come and go but moms are forever
Get to know your parents: you never know when they'll be gone for good.
Be nice to your siblings: they're your best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.
Enjoy your body: use it every way you can. Don't be afraid of it or of what other people think of it: it's the greatest instrument you'll ever own.
