all the time, lots of people kill lots of people. You need to look at overall statistics to see any sort of trend, not just rely on whatever news story is at the top of google news atm.

Yes.

The majority of christians IME incorporate humanist values into christianity. Which is a good thing for those of us who value egalitarianism and secularism.

That's not a bad thing even if it makes them hypocrites.

The majority of muslims are not humanists, just as them a few questions about women, non-heterosexuals, and the separation of state and religion.

There is a difference between being a christian and killing someone, and killing someone in the name of christianity.

I asked for people who killed in the name of Christianity, an attack by a devout follower of the Christian faith who has exclaimed that they are killing in the name of God. Not murder in general.

Hypocrisy isn't inherently bad.

If a North Korean soldier helps a dissident rather than torturing them, they are being a hypocrite. To you that is a bad thing, you believe it would be ethical thing to follow your pledge of allegiance and torture the dissident?

So ISIS has no problem blowing up every place they see, making no difference between mosque, church, train station, airports, and buses... it has no problem beheading journalists or anyone caught by them who disagrees with them, like the Imam of Mosul... it has no problem sacrificing it's soldiers for a holy cause and training youth to become suicide bombers... it has no problem enslaving women as real life sex dolls... it has no problem setting people ablaze... it has no problem telling it's members to behead their own mothers...but Newt found out one thing they just have a problem doing... LYING.

Yup, once the ISIS terrorists are asked if they support Shariah Law, they cannot possibly just lie and say they don't, nah, forget the suicide bombings, beheadings, and mass shootings... lying is where they draw the line.

LMFAO Newt is a fuking moron. That fat ******* is the one who supported the Iraqi war which caused the rise of ISIS, not the American Muslims who were largely against it. If Newt and his band of Neocon band of cucks didn't blindly march the country into a war to remove Saddam and hand a vulnerable Iraq over the ISIS, those ISIS fanatics would not be running Raqqah and Mosul right now but they would be under Saddam's boot. So ironically, had the U.S. government listened to the Muslim community and not fat boy Newt and other dickwads paid by the War lobby, ISIS would not even be around today. So the people who warned of this are now the guilty party. LOL! Brilliant. Can't make this up.

1. Why does it matter if it becomes more violent or less violent over time? Are the older, violent parts of christianity not as important as the newer parts? Should christians pick and choose the parts they want to follow? Each religion condones some sort of violence in some sort of way.

Therefore the issue isn't which religion is better (they're all bad). Rather, the issue is in the implementation of the religion.

2) ISIS is considered apostate by most muslims

7) Christianity contains passages condoning violents against non-believers too. It doesn't call them "subhumans fit for slaughter" but then neither does the quran, you just added that yourself to add some urgency to your own failing argument

And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;
4 And it be told thee, and thou hast heard of it, and enquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel:
5 Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die.

Luke 19:27:
But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.

Logically, why should a killers motivations matter to you? If someone stabs you in the back because they want to steal your wallet, is that better than if someone stabs you in the back because you're british?

Islam and its teachings are the entire religions motivation for killing.

I remember the first time I was introduced to the Religion of Islam in a very peaceful way.

The year was 1998 and I was watching a foreign news channel. An Islamic terrorist blew up a coffee shop.

I will never forget seeing a beautiful woman just laying on the ground with her brains falling out.

You can go to hell you stupid ignorant *******.

I don't know why you are having such a hard time praising Christians for ignoring the barbaric parts of the bible. IMO muslims can learn from them.

Islam is a radical ideology, not just a religion. You're seriously telling me we should not judge Islam when there are tons of motherfukkers shooting up gay bars, theaters, airports, cafes, running people over with trucks and raping innocent women. Plenty of the 'moderates' don't mind what they're doing, and plenty lie to our faces through taqiya. Also plenty of young Muslim fighters immigrating here, which is another form of Jihad.

Knowing all this you still defend them, you're a cuck my friend

1. Read:

They cannot all simultaneously be true, hence the importance of abrogation:

So:
1.The Quran is PERFECT, there is ZERO room for deviating from it
2.Later verses>>>>>>>>>>older verses
3.Mohammad is by extension perfect AND thus following his example is best for Muslims

No they're not as important, Christ is God and a Christian is meant to follow his example as best he can. Mohammad is perfect and a Muslim is best to follow his example. Do you disagree with this?

2.Except most Muslims agree with Sharia law and thus by extension what ISIS is trying to implement:

Some of them even agree with the outright "radical" (even for Islamic standards) elements:

7. Christ never did that, Mohammad did and the Quran is very explicit in what it thinks of kafirs/apostates:

Oh yeah, I'm sure we all have to LARP along with your retarded universalist/autist assertion that DESPITE Islam launching 29,000 terrorist attacks since 9/11 we should be as scared and critical of the Christian who might potentially quote Luke and Matthews as he screams "JESUS IS GREAT"

I will never forget seeing a beautiful woman just laying on the ground with her brains falling out.

You can go to hell you stupid ignorant *******.
Oh and it would have been so much better if those people were blown up by someone who WASN'T motivated by religion?

You're taking a crime and trying to pin it on an entire religion because you only think in collectivist terms. You don't like to think of people as individuals, but as groups.

LOL! Brilliant. Can't make this up.
this guy gets it

Are they doing it in the name of Christianity? No? Then it's not relevant.

Agreed with Newt. Deport anyone who believes in sharia law and has the intention in following its commands. A father who believes muslims that apostatise should be killed are a threat to his children and to the community he surrounds. People who believe women should be stoned in certain instances are better suited in Saudi Arabia. Fuk the liberals who pretend they're for peace and tolerance wanting to import garbage from the third world. There's plenty of immigrants that assimilate well from all parts of the word we can use instead.

2.To Christians Christ is the ultimate example, the worst that can be said about him is that he flipped over a few tables and he pissed off some religious clerics
3.To Muslims Mohammad is the ultimate example for them to follow, Mohammad was a ****phile, slave owner and war monger
4.Christianity has the 10 commandments

5.Islam has Sharia law

6.Islam is as much a lifestyle/political ideology as it is a "religion," Christianity is not even close
7.Islam has NO golden rule (apostates/kafirs are fair game), Christianity does
Actually Mohammed wasn't a ****phile, Aysha was 19 when they first consumed the marriage, he also had another wife who was 40 when he was 25/ Khadija, he also freed Bilal who was a slave at that time and madr him an imam which was one of the most noblw positions in islam, and finally the war he fought was the result of the people marginalizing muslims and basically trying to kill the prophet many times, go watch the movie Al risala, if you want to know more aabout the life of our prophet, islams does not get more violent, messengers are sent to every country if they want to join islam or not, if they don't, they must pay the tax but otherwise their lifes dont change, where europeans genocided and colonized countries, killed burned and even reproduced with the inhabitants, just a little read on the history of canada will tell you a lot about the explorers of the church
