He sent it to a bunch of people saying how people need to not loose control in a match or people get hurt, I agree. Start watching around the 4 minute mark. Before you do I would like to mention a few things.

This is obviously a match situation.
Both guys know it is a match and nobody is going to kill them.
There is no chance of weapons being involved.
There is no chance of multiple attackers.
The contest takes place on a padded surface.
There are no vertical surfaces to be slammed into.
By nature of the contest the guy thrown was likely expecting something like it and had trained to defend/counter it.
The "victim" had nothing on his waistband to concentrate force to increase injury.
The "victim" was automatically protected by the referee and others.
After the throw the fight was over, without the "victim" having to defend himself.

OK, here is the video.
YouTube - HUGE illegal KO slam!!

When I was in HS I watched the same thing happen to a buddy while he was wrestling for the state championship. He was knocked out cold, woke up and decided to continue. He won.

If you have never played Judo, Ju Jitsu, or any arts that contain throws you cannot fully comprehend what it means to be picked up off your feet and slammed to the mat as a matter of training. When my daughter was younger she was a two time MD State Judo Champion. She did it for about 7 yrs from 5-12. She learned it so young that it is ingrained and I have seen her throw boys much bigger than her just playing around. She also knows how to control it and pull through so they don't smash their heads.

Be honest with your self, have you ever been thrown? Not taken down, not knocked to the ground, but picked up and slammed on the ground. Given all the things that I mentioned be for the video, look how our "victim" ended up. How do you think you respond if the same happened to you on concrete while wearing street clothes really giving the attacker something to hold on to, and stuff on your belt to "break" your fall.

I am interested to hear everyone's thoughts on this and if they consider it deadly force.-"

" I've been tossed a few times, even when expecting it, if you mess up your landing it's going to jar you. The taller your opponent is, the more it's going to hurt.

I would consider it deadly force as the following most certainly applies.
...create a substantial risk of causing, death or serious bodily harm., if you land on your head or any other object, or just get smacked really good on the ground, that can cause serious bodily harm or death."
I think you are a little too committed to this thread brah lol

I love riling it up brah. Cause i know theyd lose

Just think about it though..

All of its because theyd love to unload on a female. Again, pretty easy to paint its a result of other circumstances as opposed to the situation at hand

I will go in my house and throw teenage girls now, because they are threats

crazy how a ****ty video of two degenerates fighting can cause such controversy
Brb, she claims he held her against her will.
Brb, arrested for unlawful restraint.
Brb, body slam and out was the sane choice.

Alternate way of dealing with this -

If it was me? Tell her to piss off (again) off my property, and to leave me alone.

If she starts trying to hit (as she did), slap away her hands and walk inside the house. She still going ape-chit outside? Call the fkn police and remove the animal

We agree on something for once

I'm not too sure about American laws re: this, but in Australia... you can legally do this.

The video evidence shows her instigating EVERYTHING. Sure, she wanted him to apologise about whatever (beginning), but that's not the point. You can't lawfully handle some random argument with violence.

Lol if you think she would just let you walk away after slapping her hand and telling her to piss off. She's already going ape chit over words anyway. When he tried to grab her so she would stop pushing/slapping she said "don't fuking touch me" and continued to try and attack him (she even kicked him lmao). She wouldn't have just let you walk away.

Btw I believe the cops cleared him of any wrong doing and gave him authority to press charges against her. He didn't.

Also I love the fact how no one tried to stop it until he finally took action. Now everyone wants to be tough guy.

The sad thing here is, even if he did as you said, and just walked away and police came, they'd take her side for sure. Seen it far to much. This guy is so lucky he has this vid and he still might go down.

IMO that's debatable. Yeah she hit him when he told her to go.

She wouldn't have let you walk away? It's his property, and if he turned his back on her, I'd be surprised to see her kick and punch him as he walked away. Even at that, who gives a fuk? Deflect any kicks or hits she tries against you and keep walking away. Women are weak as chit, and he would have reached into his front door, and closed it on her ass

100% of people would have been on his side if he did this.

You're the only triggered poosy in this damn thread lmao. I don't give a fuk how many times you've had to deal with an unruly female, if the man wants to body slam her because she attacked him then good for him. Let me guess, just hold her until she calm down right? Just go inside and call the cops? Just walk away? Lmao gtfoh saying what he did was wrong. Not every situation you can leave without getting your hands dirty. In this case she went after him, he tried holding her, she then kicked him as he was trying to stop her, he then body slammed her.

You'd be surprised??? She obviously don't give a damn if his property or not. If she did she wouldn't have came up to him and got aggressive. It doesn't matter if women are weak, a good punch can still give you a black eye, broke nose, or some broken bones. Not to mention if she were to grab an item. Was he suppose to wait until these things happen?

He was completely in his right to do so.
He told her to get off his property and she refused and began to physically assault him.
He was not in the situation to call the cops due to her assaulting him.

"but omg no he hit a girl he can't do that"

There is no law saying you can't hit a girl.

If a girl wants to man-up, as long as she throws the first punch, she can get knocked the fuk out.

Obviously you can and should not use excessive force like he did, but in all honesty, the girl knows damn well he could beat the **** out of her and she even had the balls to try and fight him and assume because she was a girl she was allowed to behave like that to a man and he would just take it.

Obviously he wasn't going to tolerate it and I really don't blame the guy.

I said punching her in the face is fine. Would be reasonable force imo

Reasonable force aint taking a female without a weapon by the body and throwing her on her head. If she was trying to grab his body and throw him.. fine

Inb4 he carressed her head. Makes a lot of sense. "I subdued her by carressing her"

It's pretty disgusting that you guys think it's ok for him respond like that. Concrete on head = possibility for permanent brain trauma. A lot worse than a few slaps from her. He's a lot bigger than her and didn't have to slam her like that. I would be saying the same thing if it was another dude who was slammed to the ground headfirst like that instead of a girl. I hope the guy serves jail time, we don't need people like this in our society.

LOL wat?

Brb punch her face
Brb her head hits the pavement
Brb knock her into seizure
Brb still stuck in the same situation

He body slammed her because when he tried to hold her hands, she started to kick. He figured there was no other way to subdue her. He thought on his feet.

Yea.. thats justified imo

"Self defense" means you met force upon you with reasonable force

She was throwing hands/ slapping, so i dont think punching her in the face is unreasonable force. Maybe that chit could still get turned into manslaughter

I think he very seriously crossed the line into deadly force to kill/injure the second he picked up her body to throw it to the grouns

Rather it's a punch to the face or a body slam, the outcome would be the same. Her on the ground having a seizure while everyone makes him out to be the bad guy. Maybe even more for actually punching her. Not to mention if that one punch doesn't take her out, he'll have to throw multiple punches, which will make the situation look even worse.

Why do you have to knock her out?

Thats escalating the violence. You dont think one solid punch shell be like dam** that chit hurt and stop?

Disagree about punching and taking someone to the ground. As i said, ive been in the situation and nowhere did i think about throwing her to the ground. My mind was on the complete opposite wondering how i got into this situation (COMPLETELY FUKIN RANDOM) and how i could get out of it with as little trouble as possible
