If that works for you, great. I've been with my wife for 28 years (married 17) and we still go several times a week. There were times where it was less frequent and we have been in ruts. But I found that by doing what Paulo said, it's all changed. I bring more to the table now. She likes what she sees and is motivated by that.

Ehh being married has it's ups and downs. It's honestly a great feeling to grow with someone you love and accomplish your goals together. Not to mention my wife and I have no kids so the double income is pretty good.

We have sex like 5 times a week and that's fine and it's not just some random sex this is my soulmate so it makes it that much better srs

Maybe this is the norm but it's not a rule. As someone else noted, if you stay someone your wife wants to have sex with, she'll have a lot of sex with you. Gotta stay in shape, engaged, be personable, all the **** you do when you're dating. I'm old as phuk and get regular sex from the wife. And I can confirm that when I started to really get serious about fitness 5 years or so ago, the amount of banging definitely picked up. And yes I know I'm old as phuk.

For me it was once a month. I may be the first here to say this but I didn't find my wife attractive after 10 years of being with her. We were together at a young age (18/20 years old) and she was my first sexual partner. I hated wearing condoms (my choice) and she hated birth control so I got use to fapping all the time. It's the betas in here that are either not making an effort in their marriage, allowing their spouse to make no effort and/or coping with it by spouting the age old lines about how bad marriage is and how you should be grateful for sex once a week. I think the longest I've gone is 12 days. Otherwise, usually 4-5 days, depends on schedule, time, etc.

Have a friend who's been married for about 8 yrs now and just about the only time he gets it is for bday and holidays. dead srs. Occasionally, he says, he does get a BJJ but that seems more of a pity thing. Even the times that he gets some, she'll just lay there and let him do the work. Makes me feel depressed for him. She openly says in front of him that if she had a chance to hook up with Blake Shelton she'd hop on that D and I am 98% sure she has cheated on him at least once.
