Not really an entry since my bodyweight is around 245 right now... but this is from last week 225x24 and for the sake of not doing another high rep set this week and knowing it won't be any good I'll just post this here

I used the same standards that crossfit uses for women's weight conversions which is 65% of the men's weight. I think that should still apply when using your body weight for bench.

Me too, I'm almost as good on incline as flat since I never train flat. Don't train incline much either lol. Bench causes me too many injuries. OHP ftw.

LOL I can bench my bodyweight but not for tons of reps. I also have issues with my shoulder from an old injury that comes and goes.

I'll give it a go later this week and we'll see what happens!

No way anyone is beating 41, I don't have the endurance for that...

We'll see though, I'm around 185 so that's really light for me.

I really don't think we need to be that strict with these competitions. Obviously half repping isn't acceptable, but critiquing because someone isn't 100% locked out would be kinda nit picky IMO. This isn't an official contest, but something just done for fun and to encourage lifters to join in.

Gonna do mine tomorrow AM.

It was to everyone. I'm a form freak. Just my opinion though, your reps were a bit short. Watch how high you get on the reps when you go up and pause. Don't watch your arms, watch the bar. It will show you where you are. It's no biggie, I just look for

How do you guys warm up for a max rep set in the 20+ rep ranges?

To me I've always felt I move the weight most explosively after backing off the weight but I feel as though getting to a max rep set after already having worked up to a higher weight would rob me of some strength.
