Not really an entry since my bodyweight is around 245 right now... but this is from last week 225x24 and for the sake of not doing another high rep set this week and knowing it won't be any good I'll just post this here

How do you guys warm up for a max rep set in the 20+ rep ranges?
To me I've always felt I move the weight most explosively after backing off the weight but I feel as though getting to a max rep set after already having worked up to a higher weight would rob me of some strength.
