So hold up... once you start working you only have 1-2 free hours a day?

At rush hour, that's basically just leaving your house. Even in NYC I know people who do an hour+ door-to-door due to awkward interborough subway connections.
Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

If anybody can, try and get an evening shift. I work 4 pm-12:30 am and I fukin love it: Wake up @ 8am, get to relax and enjoy my coffee and not rush, get my lifting in, eat a good breakfast, and then do whatever needs to be done for the day, then leave for work @ 3:30 pm. As soon as I get off I get to go straight to bed which is nice. I am exponentially more productive with this schedule than working a classic 9-5, which ive done.
I end up having about ~5 hours of "free time" everyday
Theres something to be said about not waking up when its still dark outside and you can actually enjoy your morning and afternoon w/o having to rush.

Lol at *******s thinking gym is some kind of chore. If you don't enjoy it why bother?
8:30 : wake up
9:00 - 10:00 : commute
10:00 - 18:00 : work
18:30 - 20:30 : gym
20:45 - 21:30 : commute
00:00 : bed
Just leave all your life admin to the weekend. If it takes you longer than two hours to clean your house you need to be nore efficient.

Even when I did have to drive 45 minutes from and to work. I worked out in a gym 5 minutes from my house. I went early in the morning before work since traffic was horrible to work at that time. And would go home later when traffic wasn't bad. Cutting down the drive time by half.
It's all about adjusting the time budget. Important life tools schools have stopped teaching kids since Obama became president.
But yea. It's nice having a woman at home taking care of the little things like cleaning and bills.

Just lol at working in a place without employee lodging.
Brb live and work in same place
Brb no commute
Brb together with collegues 7/24
Brb can smash customers
So 8 hour work, 8 hour sleep, 2 hour gym; you have 6 hours just for you. In that time I used to dive, work in a second job, go on a boat ride, swim, fukk around with ppl

I work from home for a consulting firm. Pay is great and the commute is walking down the stairs after waking up. During lunch I go to the gym. It's GOAT - pretty empty and can finish workout within hour (not that they count how long I'm gone...)
Love it.
Love it.

why are you in the gym for 2 hours? 45 minutes every work out I execute my plan with proper resting and no talking, browsing phone unacceptable to be in the gym for 2 hours unless your training to be a bodybuilder or some kind of athelete.
I just want to share the knowledge I have obtained throughout my life and hopefully change someone's life.

Did that for a few years.
Right now i'm out of the house for work about 7 hours including commute, work out about 45 min in my garage, avg 30 mins housework, spend about 8 hours in bed and about 45 mins per day to shower/chit/bathroom so I have normally 7 hours of free time on weekdays.
Doing it right in order of free time quantity... Failing at quality....

It might be fun to play CoD or World of Warcraft 16 hours a day (or whatever the fuk you want to do with all that spare time) but it will grow old pretty quick and you will not grow as a person.
Working gives you mental stimulation, challenges and forces you to grow - it increases your self-esteem and feelings of self-worth in the process also.

I get 3 free hours with 6 hrs sleep. 8:30 to 7 so 9.5 hrs per day. Sometimes less...sometimes more. Feels okay since 15 min away. I'm pretty sure my next job I'm going to have to use the freeway. Das it mane.
