Some of us did give advice. This is misc though and it's a female miscers thread about her ass gains. You probably shouldn't have that high of expectations.

And ty to the ones that did and gave constructive criticism. Will.rep those that didnt go psycho on me when im off rc. I know my ass is not big, but I don't think it's bad at all. Either way, now I know I need to do a lot more work before I even think about competing..and just in general.

That's ok because I just started being consistent so i haven't even come close to maxing out my gains. Had I been training for years and people were saying this **** I'd be super discouraged.

The reason I didn't post this somewhere else initially was because I figured with me putting my routine down as well, that more people on the misc that actually lifted would reply also-along with just people telling me whether it was poverty and if they could see improvement or not.
