I didn't want to read every post, but did anybody bring up how other ethnicities always talk down to Caucasians?

How many times have you heard a Hispanic or African American, call somebody white boy, or you white people are crazy, but nobody gives two-shts...

My two-cents is, unless they were directing their bigotry and derogatorily behavior towards anybody directly, then it shouldn't be an issue.

I mean a joke here and there doesn't hurt anybody. Granted there are some rednecks who push the limits, but the best thing we can do is just ignore them, because they don't know any better.

Nobody at my workplace says anything racist in the presence of coworkers. If they did, they'd be out in a heartbeat. I've worked in very large, mixed, corporate environments and that kind of talk was never considered remotely acceptable. Nobody wants to hear your chit, get to work, and get along with your coworkers.

I know for a fact minorites are prejudice towards whites. The only Difference is people like you only care when whites do it.

I say openly racist chit at work. What does that mean? Nothing. Jokes are only words. Racism is actions, not words IMO. A guy making rape jokes doesn't have to be s rapist just like a white guy throwing N-bombs doesnt have to be a racist.

Notice how the minorities who get most offended by racism are usually the ones with the worst things to say about white people. Proof: black lives matter

Yes, I've no doubt you've seen ethnic minorities who are racist towards the majority in a given country.

('Become what you are against' is a principle that guides your behaviour? That's doesn't seem useful dude.

OP, I once worked in an place that was predominantly black. They were some of the most racist people I've ever worked around. The key to whole thing is...I wasn't such a beta cuck puzzy as to get insulted by any of it. Zero phucks given.
