I would LOVE to find a form like this with ONE page like the Misc where you can go and just have good normal conversations with people. Make online friends that MAYBE turn into real friends. People that have some decency,manners,etc. I can have the best over the top humor of anyone in the world,BUT its nice to have more "adult" talk.By adult I dont mean politics and religion. I mean,without everything being about "boobs,di^k,10/10,just lol if,if you dont??just lol,rude comments,cussing,name calling,etc" Just good online chat. YOu know..about videogames,life,workingout,hiking,biking,art,music ,feelings,world news,passions,loves,likes,etc..NORMAL human chat using NORMAL human words..lol..Would be so refreshing...I only come to Misc to find those rare posts but sometimes get caught up in the dumb ones as well..Thats my take on this...have a RAD weekend guys/gals!

I do think majority here seriously have major mental issues, only those with issues would use a forum and post thousands of comments, majority being totally and utterly worthless, troll others (I honestly had NO idea what trolling was until a year or so ago - I mean pppl actually make fake social media accounts to post rude, mean comments , for what purpose? Other than that they're sick and deranged in the head) and generally just be annoying.

If you are looking for an online community to build meaningful relationships with, you'll have to go to smaller forums.

Example: There are some gun enthusiast forums that have very supportive, helpful members. People sit around and shoot the chit, everyone is pretty civil, etc. It's just the culture the forum has developed.

Other gun enthusiast forums are more like the MISC. LOL, OP is a Glock/1911/S&W ******* lolololololol. Inside jokes, trolling, shenanigans. Still good times, just a different feeling.


If this isn't the place for you, nobody is forcing you to stay. But just LOL if you think anything will ever change here.

Actually a lot of the people who post here are decent, intelligent and funny people with a different sense of humour from you

They didn't seek you out and piss on your parade, you did that

Some people here actually need help it's true

But they are all worth more than someone who works in "skincare" and yet has an orange face and a breakout or someone who attention trolls or just trolls with no real reason

If you're real don't read the board, or grow a thicker skin

If you're not ..seriously think about how you enjoy spending your time

I like it here cause it's not full of special snowflakes and not heavily moderated. It's fun being able to say what you want and not get points/warnings and banned for something like posting funny or racy memes.
