But no, if there was a girl who didn't give head, it would not be tolerated.

There's plenty of girls who will use head to lure you in, then stop giving it with any regularity or passion though. That's usually a good sign it's time to break up. Fuk them. Personally I'll take a freaky girl who enjoys being face-fuked, even if that means she's got a slooty past by proxy. There are some girls who genuinely don't like it but these are a tiny minority. Most dudes not getting head are just with girls who use them as providers and look down on them.

It would personally be a huge red flag for me. She would have to prove to me that she likes me in some other sexual way. If she's really sexual with me all the time but says she doesn't like giving head I would understand. If sex life is boring and vanilla with you always being the initiator when it comes to sex than I would just assume that she doesn't like you and sees you as a provider.
