Like 2-3 months. Did dumbbells before ohp though and could press 100lbs so shoulders had alright strength

Probably could have done it after 3 years or so...
It is tough to get real numbers because no one really maxes their OHP.
If you are on a good routine it doesn't take that long to get the 300 BP if you do it right so you should be able to OHP 200 at the same time.

if you train correctly your OHP is usually 1-1 1/2 plates under your bench max, an easy way to make your ohp strong is by ohping...

Im 100 lb ish (98 this morning). And last I did for OHP was 40 lb for 4 x 10 slow negatives and decent form. Dunno how much I can do if I go for 2-3 reps.
