5'9 - 155
5'10 - 165

the other big issue is people always underestimate their bf which is why the weight seems so low to them. 90% of ppl i seen claim 10% bf are easily at least 12% if not 13-15% range which a good 5-10 to lose at least to achieve true 10%
if u r actually 10% at those weight u will absoultely look good

I really don’t know much about natty limits and what not. But my ex was around 185 at 5’9”-10” looks about 10-12% body fat and natty. He has been bodybuilding for 22 years though (used to compete a decade ago). But he could just be one of those few people that aren’t the norm. 5’10” and 210 lb 10% would be crazy though!

By the time I'd done biochemistry, I realized that the IIFYM crowd are a band of retards, and are just following garbage advice from a bunch of 'natty' twinks that can't break 180lbs, even with all the treining and goat-whore-moaning by their side..
BRB oats and sugar are the same thing inside your body
BRB forget to mention that oats takes a while to break down, there-for the release of glucose into blood stream is slow and steady.
BRB high blood sugar = lipogenesis = you get fat

IIFYM is good for your average person, that wants to either lose weight or gain weight and just be a little more fit. It is not for the people the 1% of people wanting to get sub 12%, or for the people looking to compete.

IIFYM works in terms of energy and body weight. It does not work for maximizing body composition.
IIFYM works just fine unless you are 12% or under. 1 mcchicken every day is not going to effect your body composition whatsoever. The whole point of IIFYM is to eat mostly clean, but eat certain items you want so you don't puke eating chicken and rice all day.

Congratulations, you've achieved 13% bodyfat, I suppose that makes you the authority on nutrition. Try actually cutting to sub 10% with a reasonable amount of muscle mass before making so many stupid comments about muscle wasting and diet.
