I know a guy who is 6'4-6'5 with a huge frame and he competed in a show shredded at 200lbs even. Up to 6", you ain't going much over 180lbs 10%BF without some assistance. There may be like 1% of genetic outliers who can, but there is no reason to even consider those rarities. So many fake natties got the game ****ed up.

completely agree, i go with the +10lb per inch of height, using 5'10 165@10% as ref something like this is realistically achievable natty

5'8 - 145
5'9 - 155
5'10 - 165
5'11 - 175
6'0 - 185
6'1 - 195
6'2 - 205

the other big issue is people always underestimate their bf which is why the weight seems so low to them. 90% of ppl i seen claim 10% bf are easily at least 12% if not 13-15% range which a good 5-10 to lose at least to achieve true 10%

if u r actually 10% at those weight u will absoultely look good

I really don’t know much about natty limits and what not. But my ex was around 185 at 5’9”-10” looks about 10-12% body fat and natty. He has been bodybuilding for 22 years though (used to compete a decade ago). But he could just be one of those few people that aren’t the norm. 5’10” and 210 lb 10% would be crazy though!

That said it’s really not hard to do. Not sure what the issue is. Couldn’t imagine not eating every couple hours. Obviously there’s situations where you can’t but mostly this shouldn’t even be an issue

That's cute you think he was natty.

BRB oats and sugar are the same thing inside your body
BRB forget to mention that oats takes a while to break down, there-for the release of glucose into blood stream is slow and steady.
BRB high blood sugar = lipogenesis = you get fat
There's a lot of ignorance on both sides of IIFYM. It's more of an ideal of saying you don't have to eat clean all day every day. The underlying tone of IIFYM is try and eat healthy when you can, but if you can't just make sure you are getting enough cals for your goal and a balance of carbs, proteins, and fats.
IIFYM is good for your average person, that wants to either lose weight or gain weight and just be a little more fit. It is not for the people the 1% of people wanting to get sub 12%, or for the people looking to compete.

He probably wasn't 10-12%. As k3l3 says, underestimation of BF happens a ton.

Ive been 205lb...and I was just as bloated as you force feeding myself everyday. Youre not genetically made to be over 200lbs sorry. Neither was I and I was sick against fighting a ****ty feeling stomach. You'll grow and realize being big (for literally no reason) is pointless and your health is much more important.

IIFYM works just fine unless you are 12% or under. 1 mcchicken every day is not going to effect your body composition whatsoever. The whole point of IIFYM is to eat mostly clean, but eat certain items you want so you don't puke eating chicken and rice all day.

Lol @ you calling anyone out on weight when you're bloated yourself. You need a cut and to stop focusing on the number on the scale, then maybe you wouldn't need to vacuum so hard in your avi.

Every post I've seen you make is tryhard as fuk. You seem like the type of dude to bring up bodybuilding/lifting to everyone in real life too and thinking you're better than them because you go to the gym and you're 'so hardcore'.

You can call my height/weight out too
