If you want to be head turningly exceptional in any one of those lifts, you need to junk the other two. It's not happening. I'm talking a 3 plate bench, deep 4 plate squat, repping a 5 plate dead.. you are NOT EVER going to achieve all 3.
Please accept this and stop wasting years trying to be the exception. You aren't. These are hard lifts that tax your CNS to beyond what you can recover from, very quickly.
My advice is to lollygag on 90% of your training and go hard on the one or two lifts you really care about. I will bump this thread in a year and report my results. (It's a theory at the moment and it's only my opinion. Although I'm almost certainly right).

hit my first 4 plate deadlift in compeition at 14, 1 year later at I grinded a tough 500 in competition but hurt my back. it would be a full 18 months before i hit 500 for 3 in training at age 16.
bench was always my worst lift, I had a great bench early , hitting 225 at age 14 and stalled for many years. I just this year finally benched 300, im sure 315 will fall soon.
the numbers you listed are certainly attainable for a natty and not particulalry impressive.
if you said 405 bench, 500+ squat and 600+ deadlift , id be more inclined to agree.
Edit: im natty as fu, despite my strength from a young age, my physique is fairly chitty, people are always impressed by my lifts after they pre judge me on my physique.
6'0' 215 lbs and like 15% bodyfat, my arms are only like 14.75 inches lol
Reps to all BJJ/grappling/MMA bros.

There are many people I have seen that are likely natty that can hit those numbers, but they look like a pile of sh!t they are such high bf%. To be really lean and hit those numbers natty.. lol not happening for ~98% of people who ever set foot in the gym.

My recommendation is allow tendon and cartilage to grow first, build the knee and shoulder joints, the bone everywhere will shape to how it is used. Braces on teeth as example. The position of teeth is governed by external stresses. Braces apply those stresses and the result is the position of teeth- the bone- compensates from the stress. It didn't take that long did it? The first time baby walks the femur gets its big tendon attachment bone process as stress on the bone in that location pulls the femur. If you went to the moon and didn't exercise your bones would likely shrink at an alarming rate. All of this I am telling you now, reminding you, that the big 3 is a challenge to the bone of the body, it tries to make you thicker where it counts. All while allowing you to go deeper with power, more flexible and dangerous, ready to explode into a clean or other movements.

Think about the powerlifting and oly lifting numbers that would be put up natty if people that went into baseball and pro football didn't go into the MLB or NFL. Yes, there are pussies that will immediately say "they take drugs in college too" which is true but there are so many talented people that can get to these levels and one thing they do not do is look for every excuse in the book to not train.
It's hilarious chit that gites on every day though. We were at the gym last night, I finish up and head downstairs as my girl finishes her last few sets. Some twink comes up and asks her "you guys into bodybuilding?" meanwhile I was up there for 90 minutes and he doesn't say a word until I leave...another bitch made move. She explains I do a combo and he even mentioned "yeah, she is a strong guy" then goes on to say he tried bodybuilding but it was "too hard" so he gave up...no pussy, you didn't want to do what it took to gain weight and get strong and you're mentally weak which is why you're still 168 lbs at almost 6 foot. "Oh I was doing it natty" lol ok cool bro...
I said, "should we go back and explain to him that I was just on the road for 3 days in 3 cities, in 3 hotels and several different airports and still managed to train 4 times while I was away. I came home, got out of bed early and went to the gym, hit a squat PR of 562x6 @ 216 then finished 3 leg accessories, went home to do my job, run errands and play dad...then went back to the gym that night and did OHP of 135x15, 155x10, 170x8, 185x6 and 205x3 then 5 shoulder accessories and still managed to get all my meals in for the day..." Must be the huge amount of not nattiness that drives all of this LOLOLOL

If you want bigger numbers, don't waste so much time doing high reps with low weights or you'll tire yourself out before you get to your true 5 rep max (e.g., yes do a warm up, but then as quickly as possible do sets of 1-2 reps of lighter weights to get to your 5RM, then do 3 sets of 5 as heavy as you can go, and increase that every lift as tolerated.) That said with BoobyDigitaloa et al in the house, they can give you far superior advice than I will give you.

I hit a 405x1 high bar ATG squat in 8 months when I was 18-19. I was able to bench 225x5 no arch no pause. I stopped doing deadlifts but out of curiosity, I attempted and completed a 405x1 deadlift. The caveat is I got fat. Back then, the mainstream approach was 6-8 meals a day, GOMAD was also popular. I took both literally. As for how fat, waist was 39", I went from 185 to 220 in 3 months but stopped gaining weight after that. Unfortunately, I don't have video but the proof is out there somewhere. Anyone who lifted at Ritchie at UMD 2008-2009 can probably confirm seeing me hit those numbers. Further proof is when I start lifting again after my cut, assuming testosterone levels haven't plummeted, I should be able to get there again in a similar timeframe, this time with video.
1. Is OP actually on to something though? I definitely didn't look good. Despite a decent bench, my arms were 13.5" cold unflexed.
2. I know I can hit those numbers drug free but with the caveat of getting fat. Does it become much more difficult if lean?
3. Deadlift was at least as much as squat without training deadlift. Would this eventually stop working as the numbers go higher even if you did pullups for lats/grip?
