That is an illogical assertion for multiple reasons.

1. Calling a majority if miscers simply "average" intelligence rather than below average would have been a more sensible claim.

2. Your "99%" number you threw out there is over the top hyperbole in this instance. It detracts from the point you were trying to make.

I saw on the news that the old man raised the lion, and they're not sure if the lion was trying to maul or play with him?

I always thought if you raised these beasts they'd consider you one of their own and won't harm you.
