As many times as I gotten out of a ticket, for being 'complient', there are also cases where the cop just feels like not being 'nice'.

Lol.... calm down. At the end of the day these are the facts.

1) she was underage

2) she had alcohol

3) she lied about her aunt being there because she knew she was in the wrong (unless I missed the part where her aunt came back?)

Sometimes you take chances when you’re underage and you don’t get caught... and sometimes you do. She got caught. All she had to do was let the cops pour out the alcohol and she could have gone on with her day. She chose to be belligerent instead. Again.... not saying that the cop didn’t screw up and lose his temper but if the law is “drinking under the age of 21 is illegal” they have the right to enforce it.

Only been to wildwood once in my life, so idk. I vacation in upstate new york, not in the state I live.
