its seriously a good idea if they can work on the negging aspect to make it better. make it more of a judgment system using AI

there's a good example of it working in an anime called psychopass but it does have its major faults as well

China has historically done this and the people don't seem to mind. Based on the people I've known who have lived there, they are taught from a young age to not try and be special, don't stand out, follow tradition, do what your elders tell you, etc. That mindset en-masse results in this.
