Yeah, dude try to fondle a blacked out chick at a house party I was at in college and got the living **** kicked out of him. He also got charges pressed on him after leaving the hospital for an orbital fracture amongst other things.

Sexual assault and rape happens. False allegations (seen it before) happen.

Something people don't want to admit, especially parents, is that some girls (regardless of family income, status, race, etc.) love sex. Some girls want to have a train ran on them, they will set it up and its 100% consensual. Some don't care and **** different guys every week. `

I agree with you somewhat but you are also missing how hard it is for women and men to talk about being sexual abused, assaulted, etc. after the fact. It is extremely degrading and traumatic so I do somewhat understand why they may not report and do it at the time. I do completely get your point and I don't like this dogpiling and blaming men with no evidence, but women should be heard about previous allegations. Once they provide credible proof, they can be taken seriously. Without proof though, their words shouldn't mean much same as any other accusation. I think we are bouncing from one extreme to the other and neither is correct.

Also I know this whole metoo thing ignores sex crimes against men but that is a whole other issue that nobody seems to want to talk about. Men have a big problem and similar issues with sex crimes and metoo should be about men AND women, not just further victimization and babying women.

These broads consider having sex while both are drunk or simply regretting sex for whatever reason to be rape. I have never known or heard of anyone who got raped, **** off with this BS.

1. Women are heard about previous allegations, this has been the case for decades with the exception of very powerful high profile outliers protected by mainstream media and political connections.

2. You do realize that it's almost impossible to credibly prove a crime long after the fact with no physical evidence? So by your own standards these women are all not to be taken seriously. This is why it's important to urge women to have rape kits done REGARDLESS if they wish to press charges on the matter. It severely limits your options if you ever so happen to change your mind.

As for #metoo, I find it wildly intellectually inconsistent to suggest transactional sex is wrong and constitutes rape, BUT ONLY when the man is coming from a position of strength in negotiating said transaction.

That really wasn't my point but I do agree on most of what you said. As for your bold, I think that is something quite accurate that women don't want to talk about. Using sex to propel their career is definitely something metoo is glossing over and women and the media don't like to admit or even remotely talk about.

Women also putting themselves in bad situations for these things to possibly happen is another topic women and the media don't want to touch with a 10 ft pole.

My point was more overall about accusations being fine and not judging or believing people based on their sex. Due process should sort all these things out. No one should be believed until proof is shown. And I do understand 2) but that is what it should be. Innocence until proven guilty.

The problem is the definition of "Rape" is so freaking broad I don't know where it starts and begins.

- Do we include statutory? In some states if a Boy 6,570 days old had sex with a girl 6,569 days old he was a rapist... The difference between a rapist and a normal kid was just a pissed off parent. Thankfully Idaho changed the law allowing for a 2 year window now, but seeing people go down for chit that everyone was doing was a load of crap.

- What definition of consent are we using?

The liberal war on definitions including "Rape" "Sexual Assault" "Sexual Harassment" and "Consent" change things drastically. If we use what some of the liberals now view as consent and rape I have been both the rapee and the rapist multiple times. Hell even in legal terms I have been raped once and it was hilarious.

I am scared for kids now a days. Every encounter use to just be an escalating game of non-verbal and sometimes verbal feedback. Once you got your first negative feedback you backed off. Can't imagine needing to stutter out "CCCCAAAnnnn UHHIII tatouch your leg".

I remember seeing a twitter post from someone in an extended friend group about this girls rape story and how she was a hero for living through it.

Cliffs
Gets call from boy
Goes over to his house
As soon as she walks in feels really tired and needs to take a nap
Guy jumps in bed with her
He starts touching her
She tells him to stop
He stops
He starts touching her again later
She goes to bathroom and crys
Calls girlfriend to come pick her up
Gets out of bathroom and jumps back into bed

Rape culture is a myth, cos its a particularly abhorrent crime that gets punished hard

But; ask me about sloot that used to lose her mind when we played the game where I "force" her thighs apart as she resists (Inb4 FBI)

Also sloots aren't averse to some boob brushing or cawk grabbing esp. when they want a guy and alcohol is involved

Years ago I sat through a seminar put on by the FBI, and one of the speakers was discussing physical and verbal cues of deception, well anyways he got into the topic of rape. What he said was women who have been genuinely raped tend to recall very in-depth and obscure details, like "his breath smelled like coffee" or "his beard felt like sandpaper scraping up against me", things like that. What he said is a telltale sign that a woman is making a false rape claim is they don't produce details like this, and/or they provide very vague details.

Anyways, I brought this up as I had an ex GF who was drugged, beat and raped, she was brought to the hospital, did the DNA kit and all that jazz and the dude went to prison. When she explained what happened it was VERY in depth and provided a lot of those aforementioned smells/sensations type details.

On the flip side, I've had female friends who have provided the same sketchy and BS "Omg I got raped once" stories and they can only provide the most vague of details, and it's like they make these BS claims just because it's cool to be a victim. I mean some of them may be truthful, but for most of these girls I think it's usually an actual sexual encounter that they altered to make it "rape", or just an outright fabrication.

sorry but no chance she was ever raped. her body language and demeanor is not of someone who has been raped in my opinion. She sounds INCREDIBLY entitled and low in IQ. Some boy probably pinched her ass at a frat party that she willingly went to and shes now claiming that as her rape. i dont believe her for a second

So much this.

A woman chooses to put herself in a position where sex is a strong possibility, goes with it, and then regrets her decision when the guy won't talk to her anymore.

We don't live in a rape culture. We live in a no-personal-responsibility culture.

How do you expect someone who is raped to be, in regards to body language?

People who have experienced assault don't have the same body language, when talking about the experience.

People who have been beaten badly as children don't have the same body language, when talking about the experience.

Also, body language when describing an event can change depending on the state of your psyche. Someone who has gone through a therapy, will likely speak about the experience differently than someone who hasn't.

I'm not saying I know if she had or hasn't been raped. However, you claim to be certain in your first sentence, literally based on observing her body language.

I think he's intentionally provocative, but denies it when people state that he is.

Yes and no. Steven Crowder is not overtly provocative.
However, his views, no matter how calmly stated or rationally supported, are CONSIDERED proactive by insane cult-minded leftists.
Crowder knows this, and knowingly incites this in order to make a point.

Still, I would call him far from a provocateur. But he is a comedian, so obviously there is some performance related aspects to his live recorded content.
