Im thinking Im so fat my fat cells literally turned on the no vacancy signs until new ones are made, so I built some muscle so scale stayed the same but was replaced with muscle.

Yes, you're having some body re-comp but you should still be losing weight at your size. Your current measurements are either inaccurate, your food has more calories than you think, or you fell off at some point.

Anyway a strength coach i highly respect basicslly told me to do Lyle's RFL and keep up with the full body routine. That kind of makes me feel more confident in at very least reducing my carb intake.
